The ITL5-1 is a forced air cooled, ceramic-metal medium-mu amplifier factor power triode containing a thoriated tungsten carbide cathode and designed for mainly used in industrial heating service and to be operated in CW or pulse modes. The output power will be up to 13KW. The max. working frequency is 150MHz. The anode dissipation is 5kW max.
