The ITL3-1 triode tube is a RF power triode designed specifically for industrial applications. This tube uses a coaxial design, metal-ceramic, thoriated tungsten cathode technology. This triode is mainly used in HF industrial heating. It may be operated in CW or pulse modes. The frequency is 160MHz max. The anode dissipation power is 3.5KW max. The anode oscillating power will reach 6.7KW.
